About the Role:

• This role is part of the Business Systems team, working closely with stakeholders to build and refine tickets for a Salesforce-centric tech stack.
• You'll blend project management with product-style thinking and drive AI-driven improvements across the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Build, refine, and clean up tickets for Business Systems Admins and Developers, writing clear technical requirements.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and workflows to solve business problems and drive adoption.
• Interface with stakeholders across multiple business units to intake, vet, and prioritize requests.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing technical projects, owning products, or backlogs for a systems or business applications team.
• High tech fluency and ability to quickly understand how different software platforms work and connect.
• Hands-on AI experience and strong ability to translate business needs into clear technical tickets.
