Job Description

Drive new sales and adoption of CFC programs within an assigned territory using proven consultative techniques and account strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals. Manage the full sales cycleβ€”from prospecting and discovery through evaluation, procurement, and closeβ€”while maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities. Identify key decision-makers, build relationships, and position CFC programs as solutions to their specific needs and challenges. Develop and execute strategic territory plans informed by industry trends, competitive insights, and market feedback to grow adoption and expand reach in the PreK–12 market. Deliver compelling presentations and consultations to prospective districts and schools to support informed decision-making and smooth onboarding of new CFC program adoptions. Regularly report on pipeline status, forecasts, account plans, and field activity to support data-driven planning and execution. Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospect interactions, opportunity stages, and pipeline activities in the CRM to support forecasting and territory planning. Represent CFC at national and regional conferences, as well as local events to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen partnerships.
