- The Creative Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Brand team, building systems and workflows to scale creative output.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the intake of creative requests, ensuring briefs include clear objectives, deliverables, deadlines, and specifications.
- Coordinate project timelines and review workflows, tracking owners, feedback, revisions, approvals, and sign-offs.
- Own the creative asset lifecycle from production through post-production, paid media, social, partner delivery, and archiving.
