Your Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in professional services or management consulting, with at least 2 years in a formal people leadership capacity.
  • A proven track record of leading complex software rollouts within large enterprise organizations.
  • Expertise in Organizational Change Management and project management frameworks.

Standout Qualities:

  • Prior experience at a Tier 1 consulting firm or a high-growth SaaS provider.
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with REST APIs, BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI), or middleware like Workato/Make to discuss automation and integrations.
  • Multilingualism: Fluency in a second European language (German or French is a plus).
