About the Role:
- Responsible for managing and expanding relationships with customers.
- Help customers maximize the value of Planet’s imagery and geospatial solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer success.
Impact You'll Own:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with customers to facilitate training and onboarding.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management or similar.
- Advanced working knowledge of remote sensing, GIS or geospatial imagery products.
- Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with international customers & sales teams.
