You will ensure our patient- and provider-facing digital products are functionally bulletproof and deliver a seamless user experience.
You will collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers to define and maintain strict usability and functional quality standards.
You will leverage AI-assisted tools to rapidly generate test cases, write automated UI scripts, and analyze behavioral patterns.

Core responsibilities:

Validate user interfaces, responsive layouts, and interactive components against design mockups.
Develop and execute test plans covering usability, functional, compatibility, and performance testing.
Track defects in Jira with reproducible steps and screen recordings.

What we look for:

3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or UX testing.
Strong sensitivity to UI/UX with an eye for layout, typography, and accessibility.
Experience with cross-browser testing, mobile simulators, and frontend debugging tools.
