Accountabilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook) Ads and TikTok Ads to achieve growth objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance through detailed reporting and analytics using AppsFlyer, internal BI platforms, and other performance measurement tools.
  • Scale acquisition channels while maintaining target CPA, LTV, and other key performance metrics to maximize return on investment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in performance-based mobile user acquisition.
  • Proven expertise managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook) Ads and TikTok Ads; experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Snapchat, or DSPs is considered a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance marketing principles, unit economics, and sales funnel optimization.
