Job Description

The Solution Consultant partners directly with our Sales Team, combining deep industry expertise and compelling strategies to shape each client’s path to growth. By interpreting market signals, regulatory changes, and evolving consumer trends, they uncover white-space opportunities that address client needs and deliver measurable impact. As a centralized point of contact for our Sellers, you’ll leverage strategic insights, marketing experience, brand intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to align brand marketing needs across channels, data, identity, and technology. Client discovery, requirements gathering, client business impact, proposal development, and strategic client presentations. Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineers, Product, and Marketing develop new offerings, and support comprehensive sales coverage. Lead or support activities such as RFP/RFI responses, new business development, upsell/cross-sell, renewals, ideation, solution design, thought leadership, workshops, QBRs, competitive differentiation, and executive briefings.
