Job Summary:
- Manage all aspects of e-learning project design and development.
- Work remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., residing in OH, FL, or NV.
- Report to a Project Manager III or IV and coordinate project team activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans and reviews.
- Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
- Enhance department reputation by accepting ownership for new requests and exploring value-added opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with 3 years experience (or equivalent combination).
- Preferred: PMP certification, experience with eLearning design, Articulate Storyline, LMS, ADDIE, and video editing.
- Ability to work stationary, operate computer, and travel within hospital system.
