The Role:

  • Provide medical information responses to healthcare professionals and patients, including triaging drug information inquiries and disseminating responses verbally or in writing.
  • Identify and intake adverse events and product quality complaints, ensuring compliance with client SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform translation of English documents into target languages and deliver responses via phone or writing.

Qualifications:

  • Life sciences or healthcare degree required; BSc or MSc in Pharmacy preferred.
  • Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and other European languages.
  • Experience in call center, medical information, pharmaceutical industry, and medical writing.

Work Environment:

  • Home office based with flexible working hours including weekends and night shifts on a rolling 5-day week.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or the UK.
  • Travel up to 10% may be required.
