Job Description
Employee & Labor Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure thorough investigations.
- Develop and deliver training on employee relations philosophies and policies.
Union & Contract Management:
- Interpret and ensure compliance with labor contracts, guiding site leaders on provisions.
- Serve as a key advisor during contract negotiations, aligning with company strategy.
- Address escalated grievances and unfair labor practices, ensuring resolution and alignment.
Support & Compliance:
- Provide support during mergers, acquisitions, and site closures for smooth transitions.
- Partner with HR regional managers and other teams to support organization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with the National Labor Relations Act during union organizing.
