Manager, Employee & Labor Relations

Employee & Labor Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure thorough investigations.
• Develop and deliver training on employee relations philosophies and policies.

Union & Contract Management:

• Interpret and ensure compliance with labor contracts, guiding site leaders on provisions.
• Serve as a key advisor during contract negotiations, aligning with company strategy.
• Address escalated grievances and unfair labor practices, ensuring resolution and alignment.

Support & Compliance:

• Provide support during mergers, acquisitions, and site closures for smooth transitions.
• Partner with HR regional managers and other teams to support organization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the National Labor Relations Act during union organizing.
