Accounting Manager, Commissions

Wiz is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager, Commissions to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in overseeing the global commissions accounting process, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, and supporting our fast-growing revenue engine. You will own the end-to-end commissions accounting process, including monthly and quarterly accruals, amortization, and reporting in accordance with  ASC  606 and US GAAP. You will oversee the calculation, validation, and reporting of commissions and variable compensation across the global sales organization. Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Payroll, FP&A, and Revenue Accounting to ensure accurate and timely commission payouts. You will also lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of commission systems (e.g.,  Spiff , Xactly , or similar).
