Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with ERCOT, NERC, and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage contracts for NERC registration and compliance services.
- Maintain accurate and auditable records of operational events, tests, and maintenance.
Commercial Optimization:
- Coordinate with distribution service provider, ERCOT, QSE, and off-take partners to validate operational revenues and costs.
- Ensure accuracy of invoices and timely payment.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue modeling activities.
Operations & Maintenance:
- Work closely with O&M providers to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Review and manage service agreements, warranty obligations, and long-term service plans.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all maintenance activities.
Asset Performance Management:
- Monitor operational performance of BESS assets via EMS/SCADA systems.
- Identify underperformance or anomalies and coordinate resolution with field and OEM teams.
