Director of Application Services

As the Director of Application Services, you will design, build, and scale a global business unit from the ground up. More than a manager, you are both a visionary and a hands-on leader who creates the blueprint, wins the work, and delivers results that delight customers while driving profitability. You will define and launch a portfolio of offerings; from application migrations and load testing to modernization, upgrades, and ongoing support. You will establish the global Application Services business unit, including structure, offerings, and delivery model. Develop and execute a business plan with prioritized services, target segments, partner strategies, and measurable goals. Create and maintain a capability and offering roadmap to accelerate growth. You will lead value-led solution sales for both new and existing customers and actively engage in pre-sales, solutioning, and deal reviews to improve differentiation and win rates. Ensuring successful delivery of engagements with exceptional customer satisfaction is important.You will also oversee application migrations, performance testing, modernization projects, and support engagements using a global delivery model. It is also important to anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges to ensure value realization. You will attract, recruit, and retain top talent in application architecture, engineering, and consulting. Fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer focus is a priority and you will represent the business at the executive level internally and with key customers.
