As Head of Sales Enablement, you’ll lay down the structure for scalable programs while staying close enough to the field to coach, mentor, and guide our teams through adoption. This is a role for someone who can balance strategy with hands-on execution - turning enablement into a system that’s clear, repeatable, and impactful. You’ll connect product insights to sales execution, aligning our go-to-market teams with the way customers actually buy and giving sellers the confidence to succeed from day one.

As the Director of Application Services, you will design, build, and scale a global business unit from the ground up. More than a manager, you are both a visionary and a hands-on leader who creates the blueprint, wins the work, and delivers results that delight customers while driving profitability. You will define and launch a portfolio of offerings; from application migrations and load testing to modernization, upgrades, and ongoing support.
