Senior Director of Product (AI & Digital Health)

We’re seeking a strategic, execution-driven Senior Director of Product to lead high-impact initiatives across Product Operations and Product Management, with a focus on AI-enabled, customer-facing tools and platforms. You will build and refine operational frameworks to support the delivery of AI-powered, customer-facing solutions. Define and optimize tooling, workflows, and reporting systems to drive transparency, velocity, and alignment across teams. Track product and operational metrics, including customer adoption, satisfaction, and AI/ML model performance. You will also partner with the CPO and product managers to shape roadmaps for high-impact, AI/ML-driven features. Translate customer insights and analytics into actionable strategies and new opportunities. Ensure AI/ML is thoughtfully embedded into user-facing workflows to maximize engagement and trust. Act as a strategic partner across product, engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.
