Senior Business Analyst

The role of Senior Business Analyst will support delivery of customer and internal projects and is primarily accountable for the collection, analysis and documentation of customer requirements. This role will be responsible for supporting high level projects, identifying and resolving issues within those projects and mentoring associate and intermediate level roles within the department. Responsibilities include gathering process redesign and gap analysis, linking customer requirements to project objectives, producing documentation, facilitating meetings, delivering work packages, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth transitions. This role requires problem-solving, risk identification, change management, understanding of product capabilities, communication of customer requirements, suggesting process improvements, mentoring junior analysts, and accurate reporting of billable hours.
