You will play a key role in bridging complex business needs with technology solutions, working closely with Delivery Leads, Architects, and global cross-functional teams to shape and deliver critical, high-impact projects that evolve and support our business. You'll focus on delivering value, improving outcomes, and solving real business problems through thoughtful analysis and collaboration.

The Senior Business Applications Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis, implementation, and optimization of business applications that support core business functions, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the organization’s objectives.

Drive the Onboarding efforts of new and existing customers by understanding business objectives and partnering with the project team to prescribe best practice recommendations in order to achieve those goals. Develop detailed project plan schedules and work breakdown structures to ensure project team accountability for milestone dates and work quality. Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans to executive sponsors and internal/external project teams.
