Product Design Manager

The Product Design Manager will lead by doing, and shape both the craft and culture of design. They will mentor designers, and get into Figma to solve hard problems. The role requires someone with 8–10 years in product design for SaaS platforms and products, including leadership experience in SaaS or AI-driven products. They will align design direction with business outcomes and deliver pixel-perfect interfaces while leading a team of product designers and maintaining individual contributor responsibilities on key initiatives. As a player–coach, they'll guide the team through ambiguity, set a high bar for quality, and balance creative vision with execution speed. They will use research, data, and storytelling to influence product strategy, ensuring design plays a central role in how we build, launch, and scale. Experience with AI-powered design tooling is mandatory.
