Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite highly complex monoline Equipment Breakdown risks within specific authority limits.
- Drive new business production through face-to-face marketing and cross-selling with internal partners.
- Mentor and guide less experienced underwriters and assist in developing underwriting training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; professional designations preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years underwriting experience in equipment breakdown or property.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and leadership skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
