Senior Product Service Specialist – Water Heaters

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary technical resource for water heater products, including heat pump, gas, and electric models.
• Support field investigations and resolve escalated issues in partnership with engineering and quality teams.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; licensed Master Plumber preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field service, technical product support, or troubleshooting.

Working Conditions:

• Remote – US Only, must reside in Central or Eastern time zone.
• 25-50% travel may be required.
