Job Description

Weโ€™re looking for an experienced and resourceful SDR to generate qualified sales appointments for the CEO and Sales Manager to close. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and highly familiar with outbound outreach best practices. This role requires strong communication skills, creative outreach tactics, and the ability to manage lead generation across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities include outbound prospecting using cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, and other relevant platforms to reach potential clients. Lead sourcing by identifying and building prospect lists using internal tools and independent research. CRM management includes logging all activities and managing prospect pipeline in Pipedrive, keeping data accurate and updated. Coordinate closely with the CEO and Sales Manager to align on messaging, targeting, and performance goals. Pipeline growth includes consistently delivering a high volume of qualified appointments for the sales team.
