This role at QuintoAndar gives you the chance to shape a critical part - the incentive policy for brokers that boosts conversion and earnings in our marketplace. You'll design analytical structures, KPIs, and experiments influencing how brokers work daily and how millions of reais flow. You will be developing, monitoring, and improving key incentive KPIs, conversion, and broker behavior as well as impacting the proposal of new metrics. This involves creating in-depth analyses on the performance of campaigns and incremental impact. You will support in the design, evaluation, and documentation of incentive campaigns with a robust methodology; Also, you will structure analytical models, econometric analysis, and experimentations to validate incentive hypotheses. Build automation, tools and data flows that improve the efficiency and governance of the team. Act with high autonomy and analytical rigor, being able to deliver independently and being the person who will take care of the management of metrics and creation of dashboards.
