We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Outreach Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued Municipal, University, and Corporate clients across the St. Louis area, providing exceptional service and supporting our sales and customer relationship efforts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, managing customer follow-ups through Odoo, handling collections, email marketing, and lead calling. The role also prepares quotes, invoices, and purchase orders; processes payments; supports sales efforts; and assists with social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, patient, a direct communicator, and familiar with Adobe Illustrator and systems like Odoo.
