Job Description

Shape the future of catering programs across the portfolio of properties. Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments, including Food & Beverage, Finance, Digital Marketing, and Brand Marketing to drive excellence in catering strategy, sales, and execution. Provide visionary leadership and guidance to hotel teams, while crafting and implementing forward-thinking plans that elevate catering sales, enhance guest experiences, and maximize profitability. Optimize event space, pricing, and availability based on demand, timing, guest behavior, and historical data. Train hotel teams in yield management procedures and best practices. Evaluate catering business opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability while achieving customer expectations. Review contracted services to ensure proper contribution to profits. Understand the demands of client's events and implement hotel operating standards to maximize efficiency. Monitor sales performance of Catering Sales, assess practices and advise towards success. Provide analytical review of data, develop strategies and implement across all properties.
