The Role:
- Own US accounting, compliance, and monthly group consolidation.
- Manage outsourced US accounting firm, tax advisers, and auditors.
- Partner with budget holders on forecasting and budget-versus-actual reporting.
What You Bring:
- CPA and 8+ years of biotech finance, with strong US GAAP.
- Hands-on consolidation and R&D accrual experience.
- Autonomy for remote, cross-time-zone work.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $190k-$250k plus bonus and equity.
