The Senior Manager, Volunteer Engagement at Make-A-Wish America will focus on:

• Supporting Volunteer Engagement Staff: Providing tailored support to volunteer engagement staff, equipping them with the foundational building blocks to grow and sustain volunteer programs.
• Improving Volunteer Engagement: Partnering with chapter leadership to drive transformative improvements in volunteer engagement, implementing best practices tailored to chapter needs.
• Developing Training Resources: Designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive training curriculum and resources for the Volunteer Portal, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization across the organization.
• Enhancing Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with chapter staff, fostering a volunteer-centric culture and advocating for volunteerism within the enterprise.
• Driving Organizational Change: Influencing organizational change within chapters by guiding them toward best practices and industry trends, leveraging data-driven insights to proactively identify chapters in need of support.
