Job Description
The Implementation Project Manager oversees effective, accurate and timely transition of new clients to Capital Rx. Establishes implementation project plans, defines, and gathers requirements, outlines project objectives, defines success and leads client communications and presentations throughout the implementation process. Position Responsibilities include overseeing client transitions, leading client communications, executing benefit testing, maintaining meticulous notes, identifying risks, collaborating with internal and external SMEs, building client relationships, and supporting internal practices and general business needs. Must adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct.
