- Define where Aqua is going and why that direction matters.
- Apply deep DeFi expertise to prioritize engineering capacity.
- Translate customer needs and market developments into product direction.
What you’ll do:
- Own Aqua’s long-term business success, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
- Evaluate initiatives as investments balancing value, cost, and risk.
- Define meaningful KPIs and assess product outcomes.
Who you are:
- At least six years of product management experience with complex technology products.
- Exceptional hands-on DeFi expertise and knowledge of AMM, RFQ, and execution architectures.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with experience using AI tools.
