Oversee the entire lifecycle of the DEX (Decentralized Exchange) web product, including planning, design, and iteration, to enhance user trading experience and platform usability. Conduct in-depth research on user needs and market trends, analyze competitors, and identify innovation points and optimization directions for the web product. Lead the design of web product features, including but not limited to trading interfaces (Swap, Limit Orders), liquidity management, data chart displays, wallet connections, and personal asset centers.

Drive the planning and design of Web3 products, including Dex, Swap, wallets, and DeFi, detailing functionalities, user experience, and underlying logic. The candidate will conduct market analysis and competitor analysis for Web3 products and propose optimization plans. They will manage project plans, coordinate resources, and adjust strategies according to user feedback to optimize the user experience.

Strategize and execute product development from conception to launch, manage backlogs, and prioritize features vs. tech debt. Collaborate with engineering, sales, design and marketing to develop and steer product roadmap. Allocate resources, prioritize deliverables, and iterate as needed to scale and grow demand for the product. Make data driven decisions using product feedback and industry data.
