About the Role:
- Lead the rollout of new OMG sites.
- Provide user support via Jira.
- Manage client contact during OMG site implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Map end-to-end user workflow.
- Configure OMG sites to meet client requirements.
- Document setup and create help guides for rollout.
Requirements:
- Superb communication skills in English.
- Experience managing agency systems like TrafficLIVE, Mavenlink, Jira.
- Background in project management with implementation experience.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
