Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, and 401(k) benefits programs.
  • Manage worker's compensation, leave administration, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor/carrier relationships.
  • Lead benefits-related workstreams for acquisitions, including due diligence, integration, and employee transitions.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and multi-state regulations, managing Form 5500 filings and audits.
  • Maintain plan documents, SPDs, required notices, and partner with legal during acquisitions and compliance tracking.
  • Oversee license tracking for CPR, Hygiene, dentist licenses, vaccines, OIG, DEA, PALS, CDS, and malpractice.

System & Process Leadership:

  • Serve as functional lead for benefits administration in UKG, configuring plans, eligibility, workflows, and integrations.
  • Supervise and develop benefits team members, standardize processes across practices, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead annual open enrollment, develop communications, ensure system readiness, and support data-driven decision-making.
