IT Operations Director

Strategic Leadership & Initiatives:

• Design and implement an automated FinOps pipeline to track spend and build dashboards.
• Expand SaaS lifecycle management, including vendor contracts and Shadow IT detection.
• Formalize backup and DR procedures, and lead restore drills for resilience.

Hands-On IT Operations:

• Provision and deprovision accounts across various platforms (Google, Entra, Slack, etc.).
• Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including hardware and access management.
• Triage and resolve help desk tickets, manage endpoints, and administer telephony and conferencing tools.

Team & Operational Management:

• Manage and mentor 3 IT Support Engineers, ensuring SLA performance and professional growth.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and budget coordination with Finance.
• Serve as the primary IT liaison to People Ops, Legal, Finance, and Security, and drive vendor relationships.
