This role sits at the heart of how Better Health operates. The Revenue Operations Lead will help define and scale the processes that drive the company's work, contributing directly to its success. The role involves operational problem-solving, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The Revenue Operations Lead will own Revenue Conversion & Growth by diagnosing funnel gaps, leakage points, and handoff friction, then design fixes to lift conversion across stages. They will integrate AI into the revenue engine by identifying high-leverage AI opportunities and scale AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, reduce cost, and lift win rates. They will act as a strategic partner to leadership by pressure-testing assumptions and informing revenue strategy with data, and act as connective tissue across Marketing, Enrollment, and RCM.
