Product Design Manager, Travel & Core Experiences

Looking for a strategic, hands-on design leader to support and grow a small team of talented product designers across travel, core app, and design system experiences. Balancing leadership with hands-on design work to drive impact where it matters most. Guiding team in delivering high-quality, user-centered designs, while also contributing directly to key initiatives and helping shape product strategy, champion design thinking, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to elevate the user experience. Leading workshops, sketching concepts, prototype, or delivering final designs. Help raise the bar for design quality at Super.com through close collaboration with product designers from other verticals, brand creative, product, and engineering peers. Advocated for adoption and contribution to the growth & maintenance of the Super.com design system to drive efficiency, elevated quality, cohesion,  and visual consistency across our products.
