Accountabilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for hosted clients during implementation, migration, and cloud service delivery.
- Coordinate closely with internal technical teams and project stakeholders for successful deployments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure and system-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years experience with cloud computing and managed cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and strong understanding of cloud architecture and database administration.
