Entra ID Sr. Trainer

Train users and stakeholders on Microsoft Entra ID Business-to-Business new business system at the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Senior Trainer will work with the Entra ID Team to create training materials, manage materials, communicate training schedules, perform training, and document and report. Performing recurrent training, maintaining a community of practice, and communicating with the Entra ID user base and stakeholders is expected.\n\nEssential functions include developing training materials, updating user guides and release bulletins, planning and organizing training events, and working with Help Desk and Engineering to determine training areas. Keeping training materials up to date, monitoring training compliance, and briefing stakeholders on training status are also key responsibilities.
