Job Description

The Manager, Organisational Development will design and deliver initiatives that intentionally build organisational capability, mindset, and behaviour. They will lead the design and rollout of a programmatic learning cycle, embedding ongoing learning and reflection into the company’s operating rhythm. They will partner with senior leaders to define, measure, and strengthen the employee experience across core milestone moments such as onboarding, growth, performance, and transitions. They will leverage our values and culture as a strategic moat, ensuring they are embedded in decision-making, leadership development, and daily rituals. Furthermore, they will evolve our listening strategy to continuously capture, interpret, and act on employee feedback, partnering with People Analytics to connect insights from engagement, feedback, and performance data into actionable organisational learning. They will also serve as an internal coach, thought partner, and facilitator to leaders navigating change, growth, and team development.
