Job Description
Lead configuration, build, and maintenance of Epic applications to align with business needs. System testing, issue resolution, and application troubleshooting are responsibilities. Workflows are optimized to improve efficiency and user experience. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. Perform system demonstrations and training sessions for staff.
