The Solutions Architect will join the post-sales team to help customers implement and scale their use of the PeakMetrics platform. This is a collaborative, technical role requiring an engineering background to solve problems and work closely with customers.
You'll partner with organizations across commercial and government sectors to design scalable, secure, and impactful implementations, influencing customer success and product evolution through real-world insight. Responsibilities include onboarding, designing data workflows, API integrations, and dashboard configurations, as well as serving as a trusted advisor and liaison between the customer and internal teams.
