We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant for transformation projects with the following key responsibilities: OCM Strategy: Apply the global OCM strategy tailored for the project, aligned with client executives. Change Management and Communication: Execute Change Management and Communication activities according to plan, e.g. communication flow and cycle; kick-off and townhall orchestration. Change Impact Assessment: Assess and manage changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. Stakeholder Management: Analyze and engage stakeholders according to their needs and project timeline. Own the Stakeholder matrix and analysis.Coordinate of local leadership. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report Change Management activities, including readiness assessments. Document the change impact and the consequences for training, testing, hyper care. Collaboration: Work closely with all internal and external project members.
