Job Description

This role involves growing and mentoring a team of researchers, ensuring quality delivery. The Sr. Manager will guide researchers on the design and execution of various research methods to support product design and development, including ethnography, interviews, surveys, concept testing, and usability studies. They will review and provide feedback on research plans and deliverables. This role also involves partnering with Design Operations and Business Operations for process definition and setting goals to measure research and design success. The Sr. Manager will forecast resource needs, influence product strategy with user research findings, and oversee team operations, including resource planning, budget, hiring, vendor management, and tool selection. Expect to travel up to 20%.
