Job Description
As a Digital Learning Executive, you will identify and qualify top targets to drive technology adoptions. Partnering with Customer Success Managers, you'll create training plans, devise strategies to retain business and expand accounts. You will also collaborate with product development, product marketing, and market development teams to drive innovation and inform future digital programs.
Your main focus will be driving digital solutions by ensuring customers understand the value proposition of digital courseware solutions. Your goal is to grow renewable revenue by increasing the number of instructors that need digital solutions. Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations and find βLand & Expandβ accounts for Wiley digital offerings.
You will monitor key performance indicators, conduct training for Wileyβs digital solutions, and analyze territory data to improve solutions and digital upside. Develop and implement territory and business plans, with expertise in LMS/LTI implementations. The role requires 40-60% travel within the designated territory.
