Therapist Sales Associate

The Therapist Network Associate at Luna is a unique opportunity for someone with a therapy background who enjoys connecting with fellow clinicians. You understand the realities of patient care and believe in Luna’s ability to improve the experience for both therapists and patients. You’ll engage prospective therapists, introduce them to the Luna model, and invite them to join our growing network of Physical Therapists, building meaningful, lasting connections along the way. You’ll also support pipeline planning and activity management, identifying ways to improve conversions from initial outreach through to activation. This is a fully remote role with strong growth potential for someone who’s proactive, collaborative, and excited to shape the future of care delivery. You will utilize a diverse set of sourcing tactics, including social media outreach, Boolean searches, mass emails, cold calls, referral strategies, and automation tools. You'll keep job postings accurate and up to date across all platforms leveraging ATS/CRM tools to manage pipeline engagement and candidate tracking. Bonus opportunity for meeting quarterly metrics. This is a salaried and fully remote position with stock options grant.
