Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to supported Oracle software solutions and related third-party software.
  • Provide expert support, analysis, and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes.
  • Communicate findings to customer and client through ticketing system, email, and phone.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Federal accounting, Oracle EBS, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of Oracle R12 General Ledger, Federal Administrator, and Federal Reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
