Loka is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our sales leads and work with world-changing startups. Our engineering teams are applying advanced technologies to companies that are supercharging cancer research, eliminating child illiteracy and revolutionizing telehealth and more. Your work as an ISR will help us expand our business and deepen our impact around the globe. In this position you’ll own several internal and client-facing processes, attend customer calls and ensure Loka delivers customer experience-obsessed results to the companies we work with. You’ll bridge technical and business objectives with clear, accurate communication between customers and internal teams. Ensures all sales admin processes run smoothly, focusing on clear data entry and cleanliness. Coordinate with internal teams to successfully execute projects. Meet new customers and help our leads deliver the best possible experience to customers and our AWS partner representatives. Track existing customer projects and prospects to define and execute the best path for customers. Maintain communication with Loka’s partners regarding existing opportunities
