Job Description
About the role:
- Craft smart service solutions with Jira Service Management.
- Sketch integrations and draft proposals.
- Steer engagements and build client relationships.
ESM/ITSM Solution Consultancy:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor on ITSM and ESM best practices.
- Develop high-level architecture and adapt solutions.
Solution Implementation and Delivery:
- Configure Atlassian solutions.
- Implement core ITIL processes.
- Integrate Atlassian products with other systems via REST APIs.
