About the Role:
- Manage the onboarding and rollout of our solutions for both new and existing enterprise clients.
- Serve as the bridge between the pre-sale discussions and the onboarding experience for accounts.
- Focused on executing large deployments, building processes that have scale in mind, and translating client needs into actionable implementation plans.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant.
- Experience with change management best practices, ensuring a successful transition for client organizations after deployment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software for tracking deployments and client information.
What You’ll Do:
- Actively identify areas for improvement in our existing deployment methodologies.
- Develop and document best practices and standardized playbooks.
- Implement scalable solutions to ensure a smoother, faster onboarding experience for all future clients.
