New Business Transitions:

  • Lead the onboarding and integration of newly acquired or developed student housing properties.
  • Develop and execute transition plans including staffing, systems implementation, and vendor coordination.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, property teams, and campus and ownership groups.
