Job Description
The SE Enablement Lead will design, develop, and implement comprehensive enablement programs focused on technical product knowledge, sales skills, and market insights for Saviynt's pre-sales engineers. They will create and maintain a repository of up-to-date, engaging, and effective training materials, technical guides, and sales tools. This role involves collaborating with various teams to gather product updates and market trends, coordinating technical training sessions and certification programs, and ensuring SEs have effective sales tools. The lead will also track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
